Focal designs and manufactures robotic personalized electric heaters for outdoor spaces. I managed ops during a critical growth phase, owning deployments, customer support, UI, internal tooling, and process development.

Tripled Focal's deployed site footprint, directly overseeing 11 of 18 deployments including new geographies.
Reduced average deployment time from a full day to ~2 hours while standardizing testing and validation across sites.
Recruited 6 assembly technicians onto a core team of 2, growing manufacturing capacity from 10 to 50+ units/week.
Led two iterations of the customer-facing restaurant UI from requirements through production.
Authored new operational documentation including installation guides, spec sheets, deployment playbooks, and SOPs.
